Newsletter - May 2008

Dear subscribers,

Well we have recovered from the fun and frolics of last months pets win prizes show which has taught us to never work with children or animals ever again well at least until next year. We have finally finished with the pooper scoopers and mops and buckets just in time for another LAM.

This month we have lots of new stalls providing even more variety

Freakyz Designs - The name say’s it all with clothing and accessories from fabric and metal including wings!!

Hanky Panky Hampers – A specialist in luxury, erotic gift hampers and individual gifts

Spanking Benches.co.uk Hand made quality wooden spanking benches and more

Stone House Europe SHE Ltd represents Ledapol, Polish company established in 1990, which is manufacturer of erotic/fetish clothing and shoes along with wide range of accessories and BDSM gear.

Moxiebeauty.co.uk — Your one stop source for natural soaps, perfumes, bath, body and skin care..

The official schedule for the day is:

  • 11am — Doors open.
  • 12:30pm — LAM workshop Internal electro-play an illuminating introduction to this kind of play by Master Cosmic
  • 2pm — The stage demo will be The Gawkagogo Freakshow a twisted anti-Disneyland of schizoid celebrity mutations, burlesque pig-tease and the most freakazoid acts ever to stalk the stage!
  • 4pm – LAM draws including, £25 for the best dressed guest as well as the usual 2 entry draws of £25

There will also be two pairs of tickets to the Gawkagogo Freakshow’s London performance on 14th May on Brick Lane drawn at 4pm. If you like your humour on the dark side and could spare 3 or 4 hours of laughing yourself silly its well worth catching.

As a bit of light hearted awareness MC has been asked to wear pants on his head during the LAM on the basis of 5 minutes for every £10 raised for the Spanner Trust. Hopefully it will raise enough but not enough that he will have to go to the after party or work on Monday morning still wearing them.

We are also proud to announce that the September LAM will in collaboration with Skin Two become a two day event as part of the Rubber Ball weekend, more details to follow soon but keep the 6th & 7th of September free in your diaries.

The After party is again in the new venue and certainly proved a hit with those that attended last month. We have taken on board your comments and hopefully the music systems will talk to each other this month. The atmosphere was great and I dare say a few people found the journey home a little bumpy. Tickets will again be available from the front desk and the bar area on the ground floor.

As always if you have any suggestions for workshop, demonstrations and stage shows you would like to see at the LAM let a member of the crew know are always interested in your feedback.

Regards,
